What a crazy looking oil pan this thing has on it. The great news is that the bottom end of the motor looks brand new! New seals & gaskets where appropriate and the motor will be sealed up for final assembly.
The nose had cracked off starter – yikes! The weird thing was it started and ran fine – armature had to be cutting into case, no problem, got a new nose and it’s all rebuilt and ready for install now.
It’s always a good idea to replace wear out items when you’ve got something tore down this far. A rebuilt water pump will ensure trouble free cool times in the future.
The trans/T-case/overdrive are all well on their way to a shot of 0live drab and reassembly onto the chassis.
This was the only thing found wrong in the T-90 transmission. Kind of blurry but one slightly chipped tooth will not stop this tranny from going back together.
