It’s kind of hard to see but Adam incorporated the Isuzu’s cab floor to FC cab to make a better fit to the chassis and it turned out quite well. The tilt mechanism has a spring in it to offset the weight of the cab when it is tilted. Hardly any effort is needed to flip the cab up and a positive latch holds the cab in place while driving.

The chassis is ready for any bed configuration that you can dream of.

Not sure what size the diesel is but the Isuzu chassis is a proven design and should make one very capable hauler!

1962 "deluxe cab" ex-USPS FC-170 (with windshield washers--ie: top end cab) mounted on a 1990 Isuzu NPR/GMC Tiltmaster W4500 chassis and drive-train. Cab tilts, and everything from the NPR was reused (so kept as originally designed/proven) as possible; but the Isuzu wiring harness is difficult to troubleshoot--but I'm not that good at this... Is a 4x2, 13,600 GVW, 3.9 L direct inject Isuzu 4bd1t turbo diesel, 5 speed electronic overdrive automatic transmission. Truck turns and stops on a dime.

Selling because my newborn has eliminated my "shop time" and I cannot finish it (make it 4x4 and a 4-door) in time for my move to South Dakota next month--new job will not allow any shop time either).

I have WAYYY too much time and $15k invested. Make me a reasonable offer and it is yours. Truck is in Alamogordo, NM.
