With the front arm support now safely relocated it was time to start thinking about closing in the hole where the original support was located.  Unfortunately, under close scrutiny it seemed that the cab “Bubble” wasn’t sitting correctly on the cab.  The front passenger side post was about ¼” lower than the driver’s side and the support for the passenger side cover didn’t seem quite adequate.  Here’s what it took to get things “Squared Up” and back in order.

.

The first thing that happened was the right hand support posts were cut and using a crane, the roof was slightly lifted so the pillar posts at the windshield are now on the same plane. In the interim a water drain channel has been added and will have a u shaped trough welded below it with a drain tube. This will evoke a feel of a high level of craftsmanship and not look like an auto body hack job. The side glass will go up and down (partially) as well.
