With all the new metal added it is now time to install the doors and check out how well they fit in the openings.
It was also time to close up some non-stock side mirror holes that were in the front doors. Once the doors are in place it’s easier to see areas that still need attention and correct them before the final block & sanding occur.
Some attention was still needed where the doors where over-extended throughout its life. A very common FC dent! Weld on studs where used to pull the metal back to its correct contour and then the studs were ground off and the door dressed up just like new.
