Although the Power Hoe originally came with Plasti-strand upholstery on the seating surfaces it was far too brittle and sources of the material are non-existent. So the decision was to save the original side vinyl pieces and use a black grained material that is the same type that was originally used on the Power Hoe operator’s seat. Also notice the passenger side window. It had to remain in the fixed position up because of no way to regulate its travel. This would soon change.
It’s things like this custom made garnish molding that matches the factory design but has a black knob to regulate the window travel that really sets this build up on top.
Everything ties together to make one spectacular build! And now a functioning passenger side window to boot, awesome!
Here’s a clear view of the window operating mechanism.
One more thing that makes this truck stand out other than the obvious modified cab and backhoe is the detail that is going into everything on this truck. Check out these Warn hubs that will be installed on it. WOW!!!
