The first step in getting anything going is a thorough cleaning out of the inside. Despite the tough journey that this truck had, the floors were in surprisingly good shape. No rust across the front where the floor meets the cab either!

Well, of course you’re not gonna drop in a fresh battery on an old, rusty battery tray. The original one, refreshed & all ready for another 65 years of service.
The remote fuel cell until the original tank can be refurbished.
Of course, you can’t sit on tired old seats either. “The Guy’s” were even able to find the exact match for the original upholstery that was in the truck!
That compromised entry step to the camper area most certainly needed tending to. No accidents are going to happen during this restoration!
