Steve’s ultra-rare 679 made its second appearance to the FC Roundup and it sure was in healthy form! Powered by a stroked small block Chevy putting out 383 cubic inches of torque backed up by a 700R overdrive transmission and the 208 Transfer Case. I can’t remember the exact color but do remember that it was from a late model Wrangler they saw and it really stands out. The first time Steve’s truck was at the Roundup it was in its early stages of development and I can see that he has make some great progress. His son’s Vance & Tino are also instrumental in the different phases of this project. They’ve started on the interior and plan on getting plenty of use out of it in the coming year. Great job guys!!
