Last but not least how about that trooper Steve Elkins and his electrically challenged M-677! Steve has flat towed this M-Series at least 3 times all the way from Northern California and I think it has been to the Northwest event too!
A really solid truck minus the “Facelift” but that can always be addressed. This baby has a Pontiac 326 V8 in it. Period correct for a repower the 326 was offered in 1963 through 1967 Pontiac's and even found it way into some first year Firebirds.
It looks like the wiring issue is being addressed in a thorough way. That is always the hardest part of a rebuild for me.
The great thing about running a cab over truck is that if you happen to get a little “Fire Belch” out of the carb the easiest way to fix the problem is smothering it with something handy lying around the cab!
