Way, way, back in the day before social media, friends with like ideas & dreams often shared their secret finds through email chains. This was the case with the Around the World Truck.

My long-time friend, Dan Horenberger shared an on going email thread with me & another close friend, Dan DeVries. We would share finds & dreams in the quest of , what else, FC JEEPS!

Luckily, one day in 2013, Dan H. decided that he would share a great find with us. An "Around the World" truck, that he stumbled upon, not too far from his place.

He actually talked to the guy, named Noble & Dan's quotes were, "He's 84, but sharp as a tack" & "He knows what he's got." As you might have guessed, we were all on the edge of our computer chairs... Dan H. was not one to give up on a find like that!

This was one ultra cool truck & we could hardly wait for the next update. Unfortunately, none came & the truck went back into obscurity.

All the proof that we needed. A true "Around the World" FC Jeep did exist! Goosebump material indeed!
