Dan Horenberger rescued this ultra rare
M-678 from Georgia in December of 2010. It's pretty rough but restorable.
It has a 318 V8 in it and Dan was told that it had made the trip from New York
to Georgia so something must have been done right. The bodyman that did
his M-679 (#22) is going to take on this project also. Dan plans on
keeping the V8 in it for now but has a Cerlist if he decides to take it back to
stock down the road. Lots of work ahead but these 678's are about as rare
as a Forward Control Jeep gets.
