Here's the other FC that Mike & Phil are investigating.  My belief is that it is indeed a FC-170 DRW that has had the front drums converted back to the regular single wheel FC-170 style.  The DRW front drums are scarcer than hen's teeth and I suppose this was the next logical step in keeping the truck running back in the day.  As you can see overloads are on the rear spring stack, a common trait of DRW vehicles.  The tale will be told once the VIN is disclosed.  6 lug rear, 5 lug front.
