Here she is all primped up and ready to play. What an incredible time capsule this truck is! A little TLC and truck shined up just like it was when John Lafian Jr. had it in a parade as a show piece for his construction company.

This one of the first trips after the Power Hoe got a clean bill of health examination. It did not have an overdrive installed and it comfortably reached a speed of 55 mph.

Here’s the Power Hoe’s first real prowl in the public eye. It was attending an impromptu gathering of friends and cars at a local restaurant. The Power Hoe had some respectable cars to compete against. I wonder how it was received?

I’m guessing it was received well. Come on now, what red blooded FC owner hasn’t thought of or did the same thing to their truck? The Power Hoe was a smashing success and is once again earning the respect it has so long deserved.
