Here's another find from eBay with no information. It does look like it has pumping capabilities because of the mounted hose reel but I'm unsure if it is a mid-ship design or had a remote pump installed in it. I tried to do a little research on the door logo and the closest I could come up with was the Niles FD. located in northeastern Ohio. This is pure speculation and if anyone has any information to add please contact me and I'll get it posted.
December 2013 UPDATE
Michael Sullivan was checking out the FC Fire Truck page and noticed a familiar truck and let me know about it. It is from the Needham Fire Dept in Massachusetts. The photo is taken at their HQ station side apparatus door. Mike grew up there and was on the fire job there for short time. Many thanks for the clarification Mike!
