Preston sent me this picture of his FC and asked if I could help him identify his vehicle by model and year. He was able to get me the serial number and it was identified as a 1957 FC-170, Serial #61568-12768. At first, I couldn't see past those rear fenders. Looks like they might be off of a Chevy Stepside Pickup. Preston told me that it has just a few rust spots and ran but needed a new alternator. He's getting ready to pull it in the shop and get it fixed back up and back on the road. Wonder what that shelf on the front corner was for?
