The rear door rocker panels have been cut away and new ones are being made.
The pillar post areas where the rear doors are hung are a bit worse than we thought. This is the passenger side view.
This is the driver’s side pillar view in front of the battery box. Though typical for the 677 it is never a welcome sight. The goal is to replace everything with new metal as required, no filler. Kevin has even mapped out the spot welds and they will be put back where the factory had them on all panels.
All of the small parts have been categorized and labeled for easy identification when everything goes back together.
The bed is apart and no big surprises here, all pieces are very nice.
All miscellaneous parts are safely stored away neatly to make reassembly a snap!
