Enzio Schreuder, my European FC Connection, found this FC Firetruck on a website and sent me the link.  I talked with a gentleman named Richard from Buenos Aires, Argentina who responded to my inquiry on the truck.  He told me that the FC Jeep Firetrucks were widely put in service in Switzerland in the 1960's and were in service until the late 1980's and even early 1990's. Nowadays, some of them can still be seen at parades or other events. They were used as the so called first respond unit and often they were even the first and for a long time the only rig of a Fire Department.  This picture is of a FC Jeep with a 750 kg dry chemical tank and 2 x 30 m hoses.  Below is a link to another FC Firetruck on Richard's Website.  If you would like to see these and more cool Firetrucks, you can visit his webpage at; www.firetrucks.ch
